How do I place an order?
Start by clicking on the link to our Products Page. From there you can choose the products you'd like to view and add them to your shopping cart.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as checks and/or money orders. We do have the option through our shopping cart for you to pay by sending a check in the mail. Please use the shopping cart to place your order. Also, you can submit your order online and call us with your credit card information if you prefer.

Is there any minimum order?
There is no minimum order for retail orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Our company is located in WI, so if you are located in WI we do have to charge you sales tax.

Do you do custom orders?
We do offer the option of custom ordering for party favors. We can create a variety of colors and designs along with custom labeling for your event. You can find more information on our party favors page.

Do you offer samples?
At this time we do not offer free samples. However we do often include a sample with your order. If you place an order and would like a sample of a handmade soap, please feel free to request a scent and we will do our best to honor your choice, however we don't always have soap samples made up in all scents.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight of your order. It is calculated by our shopping cart and will be displayed to you BEFORE you have to enter credit card information or submit your order.
